Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, central air conditioning and heating, hair dryers, hangers, a clothes steamer, in-unit laundry machines, an iron and board, linens and towels, trash bags and paper towels, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, and four new adult bicycles with two helmets. There is an optional nightly hot tub heat fee of $25, plus fees and taxes, paid pre-trip and applied to the entire stay. The pool heating is available upon request from April to October with an additional daily heat fee charge. Parking is available in the garage for two vehicles, the driveway for one vehicle, and street parking. Community amenities include a basketball court, soccer fields, and outdoor pool access (with pass), near a park, walkways, and bicycle paths. No smoking, pets, events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Your safety matters. This property features five exterior security cameras: one camera is located near the front door, one camera is at the back entrance of the home, one camera is at the side entrance, and two cameras face the garage area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.
