A spacious deck is located off the upstairs bedrooms, perfect for yoga or morning coffee. The top floor features a Crow's Nest nook with a lookout point offering sunrise and sunset views. Guests can enjoy a large community pool, available year-round, though heating is at the discretion of the HOA and not guaranteed during winter holidays and spring breaks. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed, but smoking and events are not permitted. Street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation from the City of Destin. No underage drinking or illegal activity is permitted.
