Tucked into a peaceful, wooded neighborhood just 10 minutes from UNC and 20 from Duke, this serene setting offers privacy, quiet, and convenience. The home is located on a walkable street just two minutes from Eastwood Lake and close to local trails and greenways. Nearby highlights include Whole Foods (5 min), Trader Joe’s (5 min), UNC Chapel Hill (10 min), and Duke University (20 min).
