Parking is available in the driveway and garage, though the garage itself is not available for guest use. Bike rentals are available nearby, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also options for getting around. Crystal Beach is one of Destin's most sought-after beach communities, offering a short walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood is perfect for families, with a wide range of activities including parasailing, jet skiing, and snorkeling. You can also rent bikes to explore the area's many shops, restaurants, and cafes. This vacation home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, providing peace and quiet while still being just minutes away from all the action that Destin has to offer. This property is located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Guests are asked to treat the property with care and respect. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Guests are asked to remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guest shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. This property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system, providing seamless check-in.
