Great amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center, lobby/lounge/library, and pet park and washing station. Gym, pool, pet park, clubhouse, and lounge access are included. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately. Locals call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville. This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats, or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
