Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as it’s within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away. Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community greeting you with water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and small playground. Up to two cars may park in the designated spaces in front of the townhouse entry door, as garage parking is not allowed and the small driveway area in front of the garage is not large enough for standard-sized vehicles. It is important to note that vehicles must not extend beyond the paver area, as even a bumper slightly hanging over the sidewalk is considered a violation within this strictly enforced community. Please be aware that street parking must follow all community rules, and we are not responsible for any towing or fines resulting from parking violations. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Anyone found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests at any given time. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
