Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals under the Florida sky or in the cool comfort of the interior space. A free washer/dryer is conveniently located for longer stays. The game room includes a pool table and video/arcade games, providing endless fun for friends and family. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
