The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin bunks. Pets are welcome with a one-time $50 fee for up to two pets. The resort offers 24-hour guarded and gated community access, community charcoal grills, and a single cup and full pot coffee maker and Keurig for coffee lovers. Full-size stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, and stove, are provided. Just a few minutes' walk to the gated beach with 1,100 feet of private beach access, this apartment is ideally located for beach lovers. On-site fine dining at Louisiana Lagniappe overlooks the water, and a water taxi service to Destin Harborwalk Village adds convenience. Enjoy the vibrant community with pickleball and tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and more. This is a second-floor condo with no elevator access, requiring a stairway to enter. No early check-in is allowed unless communicated otherwise on the day of arrival. Check-in is after 4 PM Central Standard Time, and check-out is at 10 AM. No additional guests are permitted beyond the number booked. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony, with a $250 charge enforced for odor removal. Trailer, RV, Box Truck, and Watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applicable for violations. Pets must be house-trained, leashed in common areas, cleaned up after, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
