Indoor and outdoor dining areas accommodate large gatherings, and a formal dining room offers a place for holiday feasts or everyday meals. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of usage. A pet fee is required to welcome one house-trained dog. Transportation is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Check-out time is 10 am. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
