The home features a heated private pool and hot tub with optional heat, a game room with foosball and air hockey, a Star Wars TV room with popcorn machine and bean bags, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and indoor/outdoor dining. As a guest, you receive free access to a resort-style community water park with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course with driving range and putting green, and six clay tennis courts with a clubhouse. The amenity center and clubhouse are also at your disposal. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. The resort sits near a variety of dining options, and offers nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Transportation is a breeze with close by access to both I-4 and 27 freeways. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park one behind the other in the driveway, and 1 car may park on the street in front of the home. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We welcome house-trained dogs with written notification and approval. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM.
