If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST.
