The property manager has the right to question breed and size, and may charge a penalty if a mess is left. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details after booking for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification.
