Outdoor entertainment includes a gas grill and al fresco dining spaces, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. Parking is available for 2-3 cars in the private driveway with overflow options. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 40 lbs per pet and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. A pet registration form and up-to-date rabies vaccination details are required. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, and smart TVs are provided for entertainment. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered.
