Enjoy elegant farmhouse decor, nostalgic antiques, and luxurious accommodations, and don’t miss meeting our photogenic rooster, Peewee! Escape to the tranquil beauty of Kingsby Cottage in Boerne, TX, designed for two guests seeking a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The cottage features a luxurious king-size bed, a cozy living area with comfortable leather furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cafe station. Enjoy al fresco dining at one of our four picnic areas or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the starlit Texas sky. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi service throughout the property. Two pets are allowed with an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please ensure they are either leashed or enclosed in the fenced-in area for the safety of the owner's livestock on the property. Boerne, located in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, is known for its scenic beauty, charming downtown, and a mix of suburban and rural landscapes. The Kingsby Cottage is located 3 miles west of downtown Boerne and 21 miles east of Bandera, TX. Explore the nearby Boerne downtown area with its historic architecture, boutique shops, art galleries, and local eateries. Enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and picnicking in this serene park. Our commitment to providing a smoke-free environment extends to the entire house. Parties or events are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. There is an additional historic house on the property that’s rented separately. Please do not tamper with the exterior camera present to monitor the animals on the property. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. To help us keep bugs outside, please keep all windows and doors closed.
