Nestled in the charming Hope Gardens Neighborhood, this location offers easy access to North Gulch, City View, Germantown, Nashville's Farmers Market, and Marathon Music Works. Enjoy the proximity to downtown while being tucked away on a peaceful residential street. Frankie Pierce Park, less than half a mile away, features a playground and dog park. Within a mile, you'll find dining and bar options, including local favorites like Geist, Mother Ruin, and Central BBQ. The hot tub may have difficulty maintaining heat above 95 degrees in cold temperatures. There is some construction next door during the day, with work allowed from 7am until dusk. One room on the 3rd floor is locked as it is the owner's private space. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and pets are not permitted unless noted in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property at any time. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required.
