There is no back deck, so the back door has a safety lock on it and there is no access out the back door. The yard and landscaping are not done. There is no AC, and it does get hot in the summer. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Only registered guests are allowed to stay past 10 PM. Visitors are allowed only if accompanied by the booking guest, no overnight visitors, and no daytime guests beyond the home’s advertised occupancy.
