The front door has a porch with seating for two to enjoy sunsets and overlook a large front yard. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large flatscreen TV, a private attached master bath with two vanities, a closet, and a large walk-in shower. Off the master bedroom is the largest porch facing the greenery behind the house with deck furniture including a dining table and four chairs. There is a second full bathroom with a shower, tub, and vanity. A shared porch for the second and third bedrooms offers wonderful views of the mountains and sunsets with seating for two. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and access to the third porch. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed with a Purple brand mattress, a flat screen TV, a closet, and access to the third porch. Pets under 25 pounds are allowed with a pet fee starting at $40 per pet per night, increasing based on hair or fur type. Sending pet pictures is always appreciated. Located in the heart of downtown Southside Chattanooga, this home is steps away from the best restaurants and bars the city has to offer. Southside Chattanooga is the best neighborhood for walking, fun, bars, and parks, and is only a short walk or quick shuttle to the larger downtown area. A couple of blocks away from Estate of Confusion, Bluebird Row, Stir, the Flying Squirrel, The Comedy Catch, Neidlovs Bakery, the famous Crash Pad, and the award-winning Flying Squirrel Bar. It's a great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, festivals, and other local events. Safe and free parking for up to three cars is available, and you can easily make your way everywhere on foot or get a fast and cheap Uber, Lyft, or City Bike wherever you need to go. No persons are allowed on the property who are not accounted for in the reservation. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, and no unauthorized parties are permitted, which will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 minimum fine. Quiet hours inside are after 10 PM with a $300 fine for loud music, and quiet hours outside are after 9 PM with a $300 fine. No trash should be left outdoors with a $100 fine, and no tape marks on walls with a $200 fine. There is a no confetti cleanup policy with a $300 fine and a no glitter policy with a $100 fine plus additional cleaning fees. No smoke damage is allowed, and the flue must be opened before fire use, subject to additional cleaning fees.
