There is a $99 per dog fee, max of 2, and undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. This listing is for the upper-level unit of a two-unit home. The lower level is a separate apartment with its own private entrance and is not included in this rental. Both spaces are fully private with no shared interior areas. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Please remove your shoes when indoors. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
