You assume full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the property harmless against any loss, or liability of any kind or character whatsoever resulting from the privilege of having a pet on the premises. You are responsible for the action of your pet at all times. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents, the property associates, or other individuals not listed here while on the premises, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. Pets must be restrained whenever a maintenance service call is requested. The pet must be taken to the outside of the premises for their toilet purposes, and you must clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in common areas except to enter or exit the building. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the apartment. If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the Tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then Tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. The pet rest area at the roof is for exclusive use of approved pets.
