The fully equipped kitchen boasts appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, panini press, coffee machine, and blender, along with ample cabinet and counter space. The living area offers comfortable couches, a designer rug, coffee tables, vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all within an open-concept layout. The dining area features a dedicated dining room with coffered ceilings and a table with seating for 8. Free parking is available in the residential garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
