The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in the area, this home provides a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, with ample cabinet and counter space for you to make this space your own. The living area offers comfortable couches, a designer rug, and coffee tables, with vaulted ceilings and an overhead fan. The dining area features a dedicated dining room with coffered ceilings and a dinner table with seating for 8, creating a restaurant-esque atmosphere. Each of the 5 bedrooms is carefully furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind, featuring king, queen, and bunk beds, nightstands, bedside lamps, decorative artwork, TVs, full-length mirrors, and pool views. The bathrooms offer spa-like finishes, glass walk-in showers, and a bathtub for warm bubble baths. The backyard is your private retreat, featuring a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with professional landscaping and a fully fenced yard for your privacy. Free parking is available to guests in the residential garage. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest over 6.
