June 3, 2025I wasn't a fitness buff before I moved here, but having a variety of classes offered 6 days a week has gotten me into the fitness center 6 days a week. Love the dancing, the weights, the focus on balance, use of bands, really good stretching, and some yoga too. Our 3 instructors are friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. I have a bunch of medical issues but as my weight dropped and my ability to sustain movement increased, they all said, "Whatever you're doing is working! Keep it up!" Folks care about each other here and help each other when help is needed. The staff are friendly and work to help the Larkspur community with their needs. Maintenance requests are addressed and completed as soon as possible. Communication can be an issue at times.
