Tenants are required to provide proof of renter's insurance and pay a $1/month convenience fee for use of management platform and tenant portal. Tenants are responsible to pay all utilities and put in their name. Lease agreements are drafted by an attorney and are non-negotiable. The Holding Fee is refundable until the lease agreement is signed, at which time it becomes non-refundable until vacancy, as provided in the lease terms.
