A full-size washer and dryer are available, making extended stays and large-group travel easy and convenient. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement.
