Responsibilities & Terms: Rent: $1,000/month for single occupancy; $1,200/month for double occupancy. Minimum 12-month lease. Security Deposit: $1,000 due at signing. Utilities: High-speed fiber internet is provided. Because the primary resident is rarely present, the incoming tenant(s) are responsible for 80% of variable utilities (electric, gas, water, garbage). Yard Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for weekly lawn mowing and standard yard upkeep (lawn mower is provided). Occupancy: This arrangement is optimized for one individual.
