The main living area on the top floor features plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for 6, complemented by a fully stocked kitchen. The fourth floor has a bedroom with a Full/Twin bunk bed and trundle, and a full bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub. Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor dining table, and grill on the large patio. Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, and beach chairs are available for your use. A pack 'n play is available for children. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests are not allowed dock access at Beaver Lake properties. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
