A security deposit payment plan is available. 50% is due at the time of approval and the remaining balance is due exactly one month after move-in. A signed payment plan agreement is required. We also offer Rhino security deposit insurance for qualified applicants. Lease must be signed and deposit paid within 48 hours of approval. Approved applicants must begin their lease within 2 weeks of approval. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Application fee is $55 per applicant. All applicants 18 years and older must apply and go through the application process. Application fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available property we manage. Property is not held until the deposit is paid. Once approved, the home will remain on the market until the deposit is received. If you choose to move forward and later change your mind after the deposit has been paid, 50% of the deposit will be retained for holding the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise stated. Renter’s insurance is required prior to move-in. *Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee approval. Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets. No breed or size restrictions. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet. All pets must be disclosed during the application process.
