Located in the first building from the street in a small, family-friendly community, this 3-story townhome provides convenient keyless entry and parking directly in front. This 3-story townhome features four private balconies, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, chairs, a large flat-screen TV with standard cable, and an electric fireplace. Both bedrooms boast private ensuite bathrooms and their own private balconies. Parking is available for up to two vehicles, with one designated numbered parking spot in front of the building and a garage available for parking one vehicle. Guests can store beach items in the garage. Beach towels are supplied for guest use. The garage space offers a full-size washer and dryer for use at any time during your trip. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted to be parked in the complex at any time. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. Laguna Point is a hidden gem on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. Enjoy private gated beach access just a block away, and cast a line from the docks right behind the complex. You'll be minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Big Kahuna's, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. During July, the HOA will be making repairs to the seawall and dock areas. Guests should not access the areas marked off by them for safety reasons. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on balconies. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted.
