The home has two generous bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. One has sliding glass doors to the patio, and the other has an en suite bathroom. A hallway bath is right outside the bedroom with the sliding glass doors. The patio faces the green space and has a 3x7 storage closet. Rent includes water, trash, and sewer; residents pay for gas, electricity, and internet. Dublin schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor. One designated parking space per unit, plus plenty of additional unmarked parking on the property. 2229 B is vacant and is ready! We require the new resident to see it before submitting an application. We can hold it for up to three weeks from the application date with a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours: Monday 9:30-5, Friday 9:30-5, and Wednesday 9:30-12. Christine works in the office and will give you the keys to view it during office hours. If you need a different day/time, please contact King Property Management to make arrangements. We allow up to two cats, and there is a $200 pet fee per cat. We allow ANY service or emotional support animal, provided you submit the proper paperwork to the Enclave condominium association.
