This 4-bedroom, 4-bath apartment is thoughtfully laid out to balance openness and privacy. The kitchen is designed for preparing simple meals at home, whether you are cooking together or grabbing a quick bite before heading out. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for added convenience during longer stays. Guests have access to a shared community pool and gym. Enjoy time at the pool, stay active at the gym, or make use of the barbecue grill and outdoor common areas. Walking and biking trails, a basketball court, clubhouse, and lounge round out the shared facilities available during your stay. Free parking is available on the premises in visitor-labeled spaces on a first come, first served basis. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50 per occurrence and pet Waste Pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Conveniently located near USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks, this apartment puts you close to some of the area’s most popular attractions while remaining tucked inside a quiet residential community. Major roadways nearby make getting around simple, whether you are heading into Tampa or exploring the surrounding area. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray.
