For your convenience, the home includes in-unit laundry, free WiFi, parking, and a starter welcome kit with essential kitchen and bathroom items. Pool heating and BBQ grill rental are available as optional services. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill. Pets are welcome in units of 6-9 bedrooms with an additional cleaning fee of $300 for one pet plus tax per stay or $200 per pet for two pets or more. Unauthorized pets incur a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. The property is self-catering, and guests should bring or buy necessary items beyond the complimentary starter kit. Guests are responsible for emptying trash bins and disposing of garbage appropriately. A fee of $100 plus tax is charged for excessive trash left in the house or overflowing bins. The home is equipped with a central HVAC system, and guests should not set the temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF.
