With six theme parks and three waterparks all within a short drive, there is always somewhere to explore. Tuscany At Westside Resort is only a few moments' drive to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other area happenings. Enjoy easy access to major attractions like Walt Disney World Theme Parks (10 min), Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (23 min), I-Drive (20 min), Legoland (25 min), Premium Vineland Outlet (15 min), and many other attractions. Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap sponge, detergent for dishwasher, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate.
