Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, and the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee for domestic shipping only. The location is extremely convenient, with a short drive to downtown Pensacola, the beach, and other scenic spots. While the neighborhood is safe, it does lack charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a 3 vehicle maximum. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at our property.
