Hot tub heating is an additional service not included in your booking price, available for $35 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Check-out on time to avoid additional fees and clean up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. The spa is currently out of service, and the resort pool resurfacing project is scheduled to begin on May 12, expected to take approximately 10-12 working days to complete. ID verification may be required after booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
