The fully equipped kitchen boasts a generous island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. The open-concept dining room seats eight guests, and a second living area includes two chairs and a futon. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two full beds, one with two full-size beds, and a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a SmartTV. Both full bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a non-refundable pet fee applies. Guests will be charged for any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Conveniently located near the University of South Alabama, this home is ideal for exploring all that Mobile has to offer. Driving is encouraged, but Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available.
