Enjoy multiple entertainment spaces including a media room with foosball, a detached garage game room with a big screen TV and ping pong table, and a main living room with a comfy sectional and 65" Big screen Roku TV. The dining room boasts a 50" Big screen Roku TV and an extra-long conference-style table seating 14. The media room includes a game console and giant Connect Four. The detached game room also features putt-putt golf and corn hole. For your convenience, there's an in-unit washer and dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. The sparkling heated in-ground lagoon pool with a hot tub is open year-round, weather dependent, with an extra charge for heating. A gas grill is available, along with a cabana swing and a 50" poolside TV with seating. The expansive patio features dining tables, loungers, and seating. Driveway parking is available for up to 10 vehicles. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet per stay, which must be disclosed at booking. Complimentary toiletries, bath towels, pool towels, linens, and a starter pack of essentials are provided. This peaceful and friendly family community offers a relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking sunsets. While close to restaurants and shopping, it provides a secluded feel. It's an ideal location for wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and corporate events with pre-approval. The pool can be heated for an extra charge. A pool/spa remote is required to control the settings and will incur a $900 charge if lost. Events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms. No more than 19 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn; damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. Use of the fireplace is not allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage; this will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only.
