Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road in either direction. Check-in time is 4:00 PM Central Standard Time, and checkout time is 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) are permitted with prior approval only. A $100 cash deposit from each guest, and student rules signed at check-in is required. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on furniture or in the pool, and crated when left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or a $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter. There is only parking to accommodate up to 6 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
