The Grandview was designed with both connection and comfort in mind. It features 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with Smart TVs, fresh linens, and ample storage. The 5 sparkling full baths come with updated fixtures and plenty of towels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, abundant cookware, and a coffee bar set-up. The open-concept living and dining areas include a large dining table, streaming-ready Smart TV, and natural light throughout. Outdoor living is enhanced with a screened pool, lounge chairs, shaded lanai, propane grill, and an al fresco dining area. Extras include a washer/dryer, dedicated workspace for remote work, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay for up to 30 days. Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee. Your stay is completely private, but our trusted partner is just a message or call away if you need anything. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM in this residential community. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, and a designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations.
