If an application is accepted prior to your submission, your application fee will be refunded. If we process your credit report and background check, your fee WILL NOT be refunded. Proof of renters insurance required before move-in. $15 monthly fee for not having insurance Pets: $250 per pet non-refundable fee. $40 monthly pet rent per pet. In the application, ask if your dog’s breed is accepted. The property owner's insurance policy does not allow "aggressive breeds" or animals with a history of biting on the property. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Aggressive breeds include: pitbulls, dobermans, Rottweilers, malamutes, akitas, Staffordshire terriers, presa canarios, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone MAY NOT be moved in prior to owner approval.
