You're only 5-15 minutes away from Houston's most attractions and dining spots, making it easy to enjoy the city's vibrant lifestyle and culinary scene. Benefit from convenient and affordable transportation options with services like Uber and Lyft readily available. Explore the neighborhood's unique character and charm, knowing that our home offers a comfortable and well-connected base for your Houston adventure. All events, gatherings, or parties must be approved prior by the host. If not, guests will be subjected to cancellation, with no refund. Guests with no reviews or low-rated reviews will require a $300 refundable incidental deposit. Check-out is at 11AM on the day of departure. A $75/hr fee will be automatically applied after 11AM, and late check-out will only be available if there are no same-day check-ins. No smoking in the home or tampering with smoke detectors is allowed, with a $350 fine plus cancellation of booking without refund for any violator of this policy. Pets are not allowed at any time, and unreported pets will result in a $250 fine. Includes a comfortable workspace with central A/C and heat, and complimentary toiletries. A laptop computer is not included.
