It is nestled within a gated community, secured by a 24-hour security guard. This home is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring themed bedrooms that invite younger guests to imagine adventures with their favorite characters. The game room is a hub of activity, equipped with a pool table, ping-pong table, and a variety of games. A loft area offers a cozy spot for movie nights or simply unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances lets you prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a multi-course dinner. Two spacious dining areas, one inside and one outdoors, ensure there’s always room for the whole group to share meals together. Pets are welcome, making it easy for the whole family to travel together. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway, parked side to side, and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Overflow parking is available in the community on Lava Tree Drive, where up to three additional cars can be parked. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Pool heat and hot tub usage can be requested in writing a week prior to check-in for $35 per day of usage, with additional fees potentially applying if a week's notice is not given. Nestled in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home offers the quiet of a residential neighborhood while being a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community with first-class amenities, just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. The immediate area outside the resort offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Conveniently located off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, this home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property, and any violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am; guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Late check-outs beyond 10:00 am may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed without prior written agreement. Be aware that Windsor Island Resort has areas of ongoing construction, so be mindful of construction vehicles and debris, though this does not impact the fully open clubhouse amenities. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge, along with a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
