Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
