A washer and dryer are available for free use during your stay. Public parking garages are nearby, and a 48-hour parking pass may be purchased for $12 through the City of Savannah Parking Services. Situated directly off West Congress Street, next to Franklin Square, this loft is at the epicenter of Savannah’s most iconic sights, dining, and nightlife. Horse-drawn carriages pass right outside your door, and nearly everything downtown is within walking distance, including City Market, River Street, Broughton Street, and Forsyth Park. Due to the prime nightlife location, city sounds may be present, especially in the evenings. Sound machines are provided for guest comfort. This is a strictly non-smoking loft, and any violation results in a $200 fine plus additional costs. No parties or events are permitted, and throwing a party results in a minimum $200 fine and immediate termination of occupancy. Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to check-in and all fees are paid; unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Remaining in the unit more than 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $75 late departure fee, and remaining more than two hours past check-out will result in an additional night being charged.
