Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. Pool servicing occurs weekly. Check-out time is 10 AM. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community. Parking passes will be provided when you go through the gate, with up to 5 passes available.
