Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out for shopping, while Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park are popular attractions. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. The home is minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, and is just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Disney is 12 miles away, Universal Studios is 20 miles away, and SeaWorld is 16 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. No parking on the street in front of the house or the vehicle will be towed. The home is not baby-proofed. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300.
