The kitchen is fully stocked with extra pantry space. Enjoy the indoor-outdoor living with front, side, and screened-in back porches, a small putting green, and a fully fenced yard. Upstairs, a spacious deck offers a serene spot for morning coffee or work. The unique Crow's Nest nook at the top of the house provides a lookout point for sunrise or sunset views. Guests can enjoy a large community pool, available year-round, though heating is at the discretion of the HOA and not guaranteed during winter holidays and spring breaks. A pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes/cups/silverware, and baby gates for the stairs are provided for tiny travelers. Beach towels are supplied for poolside or beach use. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, plus a golf cart. Pets are welcome for a $200 pet fee per booking for up to 2 dogs. A waiver must be completed by all golf cart drivers, and drivers must be at least 25 years old. It's also a short drive to local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment, with Destin's famous sugar sand beaches and emerald waters nearby. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated on occasion. Luggage drop-off or leaving luggage after checkout is not permitted. Groups under 25 years of age are not hosted. Underage drinking or illegal activity is prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
