The home offers an indoor/outdoor feel with front, side, and enclosed back porches, a grill with a swing chair, a small putting green, and a screened-in seating area. A spacious deck is located off the upstairs bedrooms, perfect for yoga or morning coffee. The top floor features a Crow's Nest nook with a lookout point offering sunrise and sunset views. Guests can enjoy a large community pool, available year-round, though heating is at the discretion of the HOA and not guaranteed during winter holidays and spring breaks. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed, but smoking and events are not permitted. Guests must vacate the premises by 10 AM CST on checkout day, or an additional night's rate and cleaning fee will apply. Luggage drop-off after checkout is not allowed. Street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation from the City of Destin. No underage drinking or illegal activity is permitted.
