If an item is broken, guests must report it immediately; otherwise, a fee equal to 150% of the item's replacement value will be charged. Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out. Outdoor furniture may show normal wear and tear due to weather and nature. Guests agree to report any damages or issues within the first 3 hours of entry.
