Our two car 24'x28' garage measures 672 square feet which is roughly 50% larger than commonly built two car garages that measure 21'x21' or 441 sf). Central air cooling and gas forced air furnace. Appliances include fridge, built in microwave, range, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. Medicine cabinets in all bathrooms, dedicated pantry cabinet in kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors with the north facing 10' x 18' deck accessed from the sliding door off the kitchen. Privacy fence separates you from the adjacent unit. Deck is shaded by the duplex to the south and large trees to the west.
