By entering into this Agreement, you and the Company waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The entire arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to anyone other than the parties to this Agreement, except as required by law. Any claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be commenced within one year from the occurrence of the facts giving rise to such claim or action, or such claim or action shall be barred. You agree not to file a class action or participate in a class arbitration against the Company. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute not covered by the Arbitration provision may be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You waive the right to a trial by jury. The Company disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent provided by law. The Company's liability is limited to only the amount Company received. Provisions of this Agreement are intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the greatest extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Company reserves the right to move Guests to a comparable property under certain circumstances beyond its control.
