Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Fort Lauderdale has city ordinance quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Please do not set the AC thermostat below 60 degrees, as this can freeze the unit. Refunds will not be given due to noise from the wall unit. Any guests who plan to use the BBQ grill should be familiar with propane gas grills and ensure proper usage and cleaning. Beach umbrellas and snorkeling gear are not provided. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. No on-street parking is allowed. Any fines, boots, or towed vehicles will not be the responsibility of the host.
