I am a nice two story home in the Cascades at Springs Ranch. My rent includes snow removal and trash removal! I have a cute fenced in backyard that doesn't require a lot of maintenance. My basement is unfinished but you could store your stuff or turn it into a den or entertainment area! Pet Policy – both dogs and cats large and small allowed. 35 dollars per month pet rent per pet.
