Located within Solterra Resort, this home gives guests access to resort facilities, including a community water park and clubhouse. Disney is about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios around 30 minutes, and SeaWorld roughly 25 minutes by car. Local restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences are a short drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
