Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. This home is suitable for children and infants. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible.
