Quick access to major highways makes exploring the region effortless, while the quiet neighborhood offers a restful base after a day of thrills. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required for pets, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind.
